At HARUA, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered, to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

However, exceptions apply in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Incorrect item delivered

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Email us at: support@harua.co

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our end

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor packaging variations (that do not affect product quality)

  • Delays caused by courier partners

Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
